Before you are pregnant
When you are pregnant
You are now able to self-refer to the midwife team, any time from 5 weeks pregnant. Visit www.uhs.nhs.uk/maternityreferral to make the referral. There is no need to contact the Practice, as the midwife team will do this on receipt of your information.
