Week of 20th June

We currently have high levels of sickness in the team, particularly the GP team. This means that we cannot offer our normal capacity, in particular the more routine elements of GP care. We are prioritising urgent care.

We have also limited access to eConsult for our patients to help us manage demand. We will have eConsult available in the mornings and will make an assessment around lunchtime each day this week as to whether we need to switch it off until the next day.

If you have an urgent medical need when eConsult is not available, that cannot wait until next week, please call us and we will support you to get the help you need. 

This will mean our phone lines are busier, but we have increase the number of lines available to help with this.
