Anyone with contiuous cough, a fever, or a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste should self isolate and symptom check at https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19. No need to contact the surgery unless you need medical attention.
If you need proof of being told to self isolate, this will be provided through 111 https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note/, no need to contact the surgery.
We are not booking any routine face to face GP appointments. We are encouraging patients to use eConsult or call on the day you wish to consult. You will initially be booked a telephone appointment, which may be converted to a video consultation if you have a smartphone.

Some nurse appointments are still taking place face to face (for example, blood tests, dressings, immunisations, smears). Most others are now happening by telephone or video. If you are a vulnerable patients, or shielding, we have made provision for you to be seen early in the day, and will ask you to wait in your car until we are ready to see you - please mention this when you book your appointment.
If you are asked to attend the surgery for an appointment, we ask that you wear a face covering and to arrive 5 mins before your appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 mins before your appointment time you will be asked to wait outside until nearer the time.
Please do not come to the practice for prescriptions or to book appointments. Rather use the online services and the telephone. The phones are generally quite busy for the first hour of the day, after that it is easier to get through.
