Veterans MH High Intensity Service MH service for Military Vets and their families.

Police Care UK that support Police – active officers and vets as well as volunteers, other staff and families of those in police service. Can support to access psychological therapy.
No Duff for those serving and retried from military and emergency services. 24hr helpline, listening service, signposting.

Royal Voluntary Service ‘community companions’ can help with tasks like shopping, help getting to social activities, support calls.

So Linked Southampton to community navigators who can help with finding local support services, connect with others (i.e.activities/groups.
The You Trust for people living in Hants and Portsmouth. Does a holistic assessment of needs and works with those in hardship, including those with complex needs (MH, DV, isolation). Can help with emergency food aid, benefits delays, relationship breakdowns, social prescribing, homelessness and lots more.
Acts of Kindness Fareham and Gosport team that can help those in crisis situations i.e. provide food parcels, clothes, baby items, furniture for homeless people rehoused and more.
