1. You can self-referral to italk using the link italk, Hampshire’s NHS Talking Therapy Service to the service
2. If the patient is aged between 11-19, they can either use our specific service to young patients through E-consult or they can request access to counselling at the ESP Primary care Hub through E-consult.
