We want to get better at communicating with our patients. We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you. If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.
We want to know if you need information in braille, large print or easy read. We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate. We want to know if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.

This is a private estate and parking is limited. Please note that parking at the side of the building is solely for doctors and clinical staff and some of the spaces in the carpark at the rear of the building are reserved for staff only. Parking is only permitted in the car park for the duration of your visit to the surgery, please do not park in the car park at any other time as the building is in use 7 days a week by other clinics.
Please do not block cars in; if you do so, you risk preventing the doctors from attending urgent visits. Belevedere Estate have employed a new parking company who are enforcing parking restrictions so if possible make other arrangements to park your vehicle.
The practice has a parking space for the disabled in the carpark and a stair lift to the first floor. Where possible arrangements can be made for disabled patients to be seen in the consulting room or treatment room on the ground floor.
