Welcome To Hedge End Medical Centre

Please Read: THE SURGERY WILL BE CLOSED ON Thursday 4th June from 1PM ONWARDS.

This is to allow GP's and nursing staff attend an educational meeting for local GP practices.

This means you will not be able to see a GP or Nurse during this period, or attend a clinic, or collect a prescription.

You will be able to phone the surgery during this period to book appointment and all our online services will be running as usual.

Would you recommend our Practice to your friends and family?

We would like to know more about what you think about the practice. We have a “Friends and Family” survey running from December 2014 onwards which we would be very grateful if you would spare some time to complete. We will publish results of the survey regularly on our website. The “Friends and Family” test is also available on paper in the practice.
